This is a non-existing feature. (requested by the customers for ages)
The time in state will not change until the state of the phoneset is not changed.
In the license file I see LM_SUPERN license which appears as Nodal Supervisors in the license manager's Real time monitor.
In the documentations I can't find the description for this license and I can't do any activity that would show the usage of this license. Neighter
- Logging on to the CCMA...
Install the AACC with the local "Administrator" account. Installing the server software with other accounts even having administrator privileges led me to the same problem.
I cannot seem to get a value for:
not ready time based on activity code 100
not ready time based on activity code 101
etc"
There's a standard report called "Not Ready Reason Codes by Agent" that gives you exactly this feature.
You named the topic "Nortel" so I assume you have CCMS + CS1000 AML system. In this case the CCMS server's clock is tracked to the PBX. You have to find out if someone chenged the time in of the CS1000 through terminal or NTP. And of course this change can't be tracked through CCMA.
Before doing this check the SCCS 5.0 Install and maintenance guide page: 1293 Everything is documented in details there!

dacr all x <enter>
where "x" stands for the link
I would not suggest to do that!!! Using this command de-acquires all your CDNs and Voice ports as well. If you need to de-acquire individual agent sets use:

(The switch license is blocking the configuration of new agent phonesets.)
License magager problem is fixed with the LM patch. If you install CCMS_6.0_SU03, the following patches also has to be installed: LM_6.0_SU03, LM_6.0_SUS_0301, CCMSU_6.0_SU_03.
Try this: From Start->Run execute this command: "serman auto"
A command window and a message "services set successfully" will appear. Click "OK".
Reboot the server.
If you have SCCS 5.FP1 or CCMS 6.0 you don't have to develop any HDX softvare. You can use DIW (database integration wizard), a Nortel created tool for HDX integration.
You don't need the set itself. All that you need is an empty IPE slot, and some digital set licences. You have to configure the digital phonesets with SCN (+ AST and IAPG) and TRN keys on the empty card slot, and add them to the CCT database. You will be able to generate outgoing calls and...
