Hi, I need to make an application that dials numbers and then can transfer it (like a predictive dialer). Can i make calls (via CCT 5 or TAPI) but not from a physical set (i'm sure that CCT 5 needs an actual set).

I have developed a power dialer (using CCT 5) and we are currently running SCCS 4.2, CCT 5 and a M1 Option 11C.

Thanks,

You don't need the set itself. All that you need is an empty IPE slot, and some digital set licences. You have to configure the digital phonesets with SCN (+ AST and IAPG) and TRN keys on the empty card slot, and add them to the CCT database. You will be able to generate outgoing calls and trasfer them to the agents.
