Dose anyone know if the telephone number should display in the DN OUT or DN IN column ? The call center supervisor is telling me that it used to be displayed before the upgrade. We are at rel 4.5 SWC and 5.0 symposium.

There is a column that can be added to a private RTD to show the number dialed on for a DN OUT call, but it is displayed in a different column. The user would have to add this column to their private display. This feature is only available on the Web Client.
What I do know is that if you bring up a Standard Agent Display, make a private copy and go to the tab that lets you add and move columns around, it is an "add-on" column from there. It says something like Outdialed # or something to that effect and you have to add it to the display. Sorry I don't have the exact column name, but I am not sitting in front of a web server right now.
When I get into a web server, I can find the exact name of the column, but you might be able to find it from that description.
