AACC 6.2 install problem - webadmin account

Anyone have any particularly vexing issues installing AACC 6.2? (this is the Nortel Symposium/CC6 successor) We are having an insanely difficult time getting past the initial webadmin login screen. Doesn’t like password, errors out. Our channel partner is on the horn with the developers in Ireland on a fully escalated ETAS ticket. Scratching our heads here...

Install the AACC with the local "Administrator" account. Installing the server software with other accounts even having administrator privileges led me to the same problem.

Thank you. Also found the UAC must be turned off from the very beginning.
