This is on a Co-Res Server with Call center server release 5.0 and web client 4.5. We have experienced a couple of agents that had ADD working fine one day and the next day they will login and it will look like it's connecting to the server then it will show there name and ID, but stops at this point, I have tried uninstalling ADD as well as SOAP then installing again with no change in results. So far the only thing that has fixed it,is to reimage the PC. Does anyone know what causes this, or have an easier fix?
