In the calling party transform mask, did you select "off" from the drop down menu and than update and reset the route list?? If that still doesn't work than its on to plan B and the Nortel configs. Allow incoming digit translation on the route and than define the numbers or number ranges...
do you have a route group/list pointing to the nortel? In the route list, try inputting a number into the calling party transform mask field and build a meridian mail box to accept calls from that number.
I wouldn't delete the CFW key when its active, you could corrupt the DN if the system doesn't rewrite the memory registers correctly. If you're in house, use the remote call forward feature. It may take about 15 minutes to set it up if its not already active, but the NTP's are very good in...
