On our system we dial 1-6 and then a 6 digit access code to dial long distance. I need to print a list of all those codes to match up to people's accounts. How do I do this? I went into LD 88 but I could not figure it out. I went into LD 21 and almost locked myself out of the system. Any advice on how to print these codes?

there are several ways to enable auth codes.. usually you dial ac1 then the number, then you get an auth code tone and enter the auth.. and they are in ld 88. prt aut prt aub.. i do not think you can lock yourself out in ld 21.. thats just a prt load..

look at your rlb's.. if your using in switch auth codes you will have an entry at the mfrl line..

dial 1-6 and trac the set, if your on a outside line, that's where the auth codes are built

how do I do this? I did go to ld 88 and prt aut aub and I got some numbers with class assignments but no real list. Usually our business office puts the codes in in ld 88. And they take them out as well. However, it seems like they might have been a bit sloppy about doing this so we need an actual list of the codes that are active in the PBX.
There should be a way to look this up and print it but if there is a step by step way I would appreciate a walk through.

Well, I'm still not getting what I need. I need a list of the active authorization LD codes in the switch. I go into LD 88, do a print aut and I get things like this:
CODE 103839 CLAS 001
CODE 106619 CLAS 001
CODE 108311 CLAS 002
CODE 110849 CLAS 002
CODE 111695 CLAS 002
CODE 113387 CLAS 001
CODE 113391 CLAS 001
CODE 115079 CLAS 002

However, this is just a list of about 30 codes that repeats over and over - and it is not a list of active codes.

Then I do a prt, aub and I get something like this:
REQ prt
TYPE aub
CUST 0
SPWD

CUST 00
ALEN 06
ACDR YES
AUTHCOD_ALRM OFF
AUTO NO

CLAS COS TGAR NCOS CLAS COS TGAR NCOS CLAS COS TGAR NCOS

000 UNR 00 00 001 UNR 01 03 002 UNR 01 03
003 UNR 00 00 004 UNR 00 00 005 UNR 00 00
006 UNR 00 00 007 UNR 00 00 008 UNR 00 00
009 UNR 00 00 010 UNR 00 00 011 UNR 00 0

????????
I'm obviously either doing something wrong or looking in the wrong place. for example, for LD I would dial a 1-6, then a 6 digit code and then I get a dial tone. Then I can dial LD. But I am not seeing my code anywhere (it begins with a 5) - ????

What am I doing wrong?

You printed the correct thing. If you don't see your code, then you may be using telco generated codes.

Very strange - you guys are right, those are auth codes. And the commands are correct too. But what happens is that it starts to list the codes, runs through about 30 or them or so and then it just repeats those 30 over and over again. Now if I put in a code number, it will come up, so I know that there are other codes in there - I just can't get a full list of them. I am talking to the switch with hyperterm and I thought maybe it was a buffer problem but I put it to the max and same thing. Any ideas?
