    I just fund out that it is possible that AT&T send loopback for testing but then thay don't take the loopback off. I didn't install the system. Vendor did.

    I have a vector set up called “help desk”. On of the steps in the vector forward calls to my extension. Is it possible to setup different ring for calls that are directly dialed to my extension versus calls that are Help Desk dialed? My ext phone desk is model 6408D+.
