I have couple weeks old IP Office 500. I have one PRI connected to the system. At least ones a day users can’t receive call or call out. When I log in to the IP Office System Status I see in black that the trunk was out of service and in red “loopback present: Near End Line”. I’m assuming that the PRI was out of service for some period of time but came back up and the IP Office couldn’t recover from the PRI being out service.
Has anyone have issue like that? Is this perhaps wrong configuration on the IP Office?

The only time I have had issues like this has been when the provider was having problems. Most likely they were having issues, and are currently testing and have a loop back in. Or, are done testing and forgot to take out the loop back.

I would call the provider first, it is most likely them.

I didn't mention. When I reboot the phone system it comes back to normal

I just fund out that it is possible that AT&T send loopback for testing but then thay don't take the loopback off.

I didn't install the system. Vendor did.

What did the Vendor have to say about this problem?

You can turn loopbacks on and off with the system monitor. Any chance you are opening that or someone else is and it looped up the line??

Check the CRC setting from the provider, if the provider has CRC turned on then you'll need to turn it on. If they have turned it off then you'll need to turn it off.

There's also a bug in 4.2.11 if you're using SoftConsole?!
When the receptionists uses Crtl+T it sometimes could happen that your IPO reboots. And al calls will be disconected.
