I have IPoffice 500 and Vicemail Pro 6.2.
How can I determine which number should I dial to reach my voicemail from outside?

incoming call routes determine where the calls are going, find a number (or line) that goes to an Auto Attendant or module.
target would be AA:xxxxxx or VM:xxxxxxx or just simply xxxxxx if it corresponds with a shortcode that is programmed to go to a voicemail node.
If you are fully automated then any line will do,
once the Auto attendant picks up it is depending on the programming which digit(s) to press to get the messages.

If you can't be good, be good at it!

or select "Voicemail" as the incoming call route destination.

FYI if you get a message saying "the mailbox is not configured for remote access" or something you need to give the users a voicemail code.

Intuity Mode: # and then *7.

IP Office Mode: 8 during the mailbox greeting.

Embedded: Don't know if you can, worth trying 8.
