Recently setup an ACD group for one of my customers, only prob now is that it rings around 30secs before the 1st Ran is played, even if there are agents free.
Any idea the command to reduce this time to say 10secs.

Don't forget you need to DGTL Tns for the console, Here is a print from Ive done in the past.

Do avaya have a product whereby you can have a voip extension from your main office system at your home location by plugging an ip phone into your home router?
I know Mitel call it teleworker and Nortel call it home office.

Ive just got the very same problem, but don't really want to ini the system as its a hospital and they get a bit jumpy about that.
System running 25.15 (yeh I know its old.)
Anyone any more thoughts?
Is there anyway of doing a trace to find out what is being presented to the consoles?

I have a copy of rel 8 which i could post out to you if its any help, as biglebowski says if you post a temp email address on here I will email you and get a home/work address from you.
No, on the hard copy print it shows that on a particular day there were aprox 530 presented and around 106 abandoned calls.
I have checked that no one is logged in and not at there desk.
It is only a small call centre (approx 10 agents)
just not sure where the calls are going to.

I have a customer who is having 25% aban calls to his ACD set up.
So far have not been able to prove or locate the problem.
Only seemed to have been happening since upgrade to 4.5.
Anyone know of any patches or known problems with this set up?
