i Used to be pre & post sales tech support for an Avaya reseller & it always went wrong, I have worked on many different switches & liked only 2 (appart from the DX of corse) mitel 3300 is well priced & full of features for call centres, but the one that topped it was nortel succession with a call pilot to support IVR working with a fully loaded Symposium Multi media centre.
I am Procenter 5.1 administrator since 2 year now, and I would they that it is a powerfull product but the adminstration side is piece of sh...t ! They are no integration with Voicemail and each contries have their own product, same as for the IVR !
I have assist to the presentation of the Siemens Agile enterprise (procenter 7.0) and it looks much better, XMU IVR is now integrated into the Procenter administration interface.
To summarize, powerfull product but was hard to administrate and no real integration with voice mail!
