Are you using Multi-tenant?
I think the Calls Waiting indicator will display on all consoles even though the call is waiting the console group for just one tenant.

also, how many power tn's do you have and are they all in order with the att tn's??

Try from Diag mode on the console (SHIFT + one of the option keys at top ... forget which once)enter the diag pass and then go to reset from one of the choices.....

can you trac the 2250, make sure the 2250 is labeled right. i've seen that... try ld 135 cmin all cmaj all...

Hi all
Ive just got the very same problem, but don't really want to ini the system as its a hospital and they get a bit jumpy about that.
System running 25.15 (yeh I know its old.)
Anyone any more thoughts?
Is there anyway of doing a trace to find out what is being presented to the consoles?

You can't trace the queue of the consoles, but you can trace the console itself. However if there is not a call active/in progress/on a loop key, it will show idle.

One thing that was not tried here is to go into LD 31 and force all the indicators on and off.

There are so many key commands in LD 31, all I can do is lead you to the books to look at them. Go to the Maintenance Overlay guide, look at LD 31 and perform the routine related to 2250 sets. It will not adversely affect the system. You can find books at my web site if needed.
