We are having issues with our CenturyLink SIP Trunk. outgoing calls stopped working all of the sudden. CL support says they are receiving a PAI request in the header. we have this set to none in the SIP URI but they are saying they are still reviving the PAI info.. is there anywhere else...

I have found that if you choose any other options in the visual VM the next time you access the visual VM the message will no longer be busy. It is an extra step but at least they can use the visual VM while you wait for a response from Avaya.
It happened again today at our site. I did find that when the message says busy if I go to any other option in the VM menu and exit out when I re-enter the VM the message was then available.
I have added an internal auto answer button and it is now allowing me to make changes to that feature again. I will have to wait and see if the setting stays active or not.
We have an IP500V2 that we just installed with release 11.0.4 with J169 SIP phones release 4.0.0.0.21. We are trying to use the Internal Auto Answer feature on the phones. I set the feature in the phone and save it. The feature will function for a short period of time and then randomly turn...
We have found that there is a delay with the audio after the J169's are rebooted. The first call after a reboot has about a 5-10 second delay before audio is heard. All calls after the first call are fine. This happens after every reboot of these phones.
We have still been able to get ADI licenses from our Distributor. The disti has to send it to Avaya to be redeemed so it takes several days but it is still possible and much cheaper than a Avaya money grab upgrade.
I have tried running traces in Monitor they look identical to me other than the extension numbers. I have included the races from both a digital phone that has audio on all speakers and an IP phone that doesn't have audio. Maybe you guys will see something.
