All internal call going straight to phone speaker??

hello ,

IPO R11 essential version, for no reason all internal call between extension do not ring but goes directly into speaker like automatic intercom??

Any hints why it does that??

On the phones go to Features, Call Setting, Internal Auto Answer. Change the setting to off.
