We have an IP Office 9.1.5 that all SIP devices started becoming unregistered at the same time. If they are on a call the cal will drop. The devices are losing their registration and all registration requests are being denied as "401 Unauthorized". After about an hour they will all register again "200 OK" with no changes being made. Can anyone think of a reason all SIP devices would be denied by the IP Office and then be allowed after a period of time? This system has been functioning with these devices for several years. we are just now encountering this issue. IT says "no configuration changes on their end".

It sounds like there maybe something on the network blocking the traffic. Do they have a new firewall or router that is blocking the SIP traffic on the particular port. I have run into a watch guard router that didn't like the amount of traffic going through a particular port so it would shut it down and then after some time allow the traffic again.

Is there jumbo frames activated ?
would be nice to see what monitor says...

It appears this is an issue with one of their network switch stacks going bad. They replaced the switches this weekend and have had no issues since.
