You can turn off the memory parity check in the bios as some motherboards have problems with some types of memory. You will not notice any problems unless the memory is realy faulty.

You might need a bios upgrade to use the combination of motherboard and components.

100MHz * 12.0 The 100MHz is the processor speed with a times value of 12 = 1200 e.g 1.2GHz. FSB is front side bus and does not relate too closely to the processor speed just haw fast the motherboards bus can handle data.

If your processor is running at 100% for too long you need to check it's temp just to make sure it is not rising too much. You could get a better cooling fan or better still a faster processor and more memory.

If you have flashed the bios before you may not be able to reset to default unless you have a copy of the original. You can obtain these from the manufacturer of your motherboard.
