Do you guys know if CCM 4.3(1) has the DST patches built in? It was released just last month, and comes with Win 2003, so it's a "start from scratch" deal... Just wondering if we'll have surprises come next October/November when DST resets...

The way this app is scripted it may not run properly on your laptop; I have it running on the Unity server itself and it works fine.

Unity has a nice tool called "Port Usage Analyzer" which does exactly that. It has graphs of max port usage throughout a day, and you can also export the data to .csv files and then graph your own chart.

How many lines are on your customer's phone? I have seen #1 happening if a phone has multiple DNs and one of them has the ring setting as "disable". For #2 issue I would increase your minimum message length to 3 seconds. It may not completely weed out the hang-ups, but it will 99% of them.

I think the ratio is a subjective matter, it depends on users in your organization, how much time they spend by the phone, what other communication mediums are available, etc. Personally I have a 24:1 ratio but based on the usage I saw, it could easily be 30:1 with room to breathe.

I don't know what kind of analog phone we're talking about, but don't most phones have "speed dial" or "memory" buttons on them? You could just set one of those to dial your voicemail pilot number. That's the easiest solution. How many digits is that pilot number anyway?
