Where to start learning call manager

I am totally new to call manager and wish to start learning about it

where do I start?

Call manager 4 or 5?

Pros cons?

I see 6 is coming out soon also

Should I learn about 5 because 6 will be the same type of linux appliance?

I suggest reading the "Cisco CallManager Fundamentals" book. See this link:

This book is based on version 4.1, but I'd say that 95% of its content still applies to newer versions.
