We only have 1 DHCP server, the IP Office itself. The phones are all behind the sonicwall 3060.
When I connect a TZ 150 to the internet, and VPN into the 3060, and set it up for DHCP over VPN (devices behind the TZ 150 should be getting DHCP relayed across the VPN to the network behind the 3060...
It's the same DHCP server, the IP Office system's built-in one.
The SonicWall devices are configured to allow DHCP over VPN (<A HREF="http://www.sonicwall.com/support/pdfs/technotes/Site_to_Site_VPN_Using_DHCP_over_VPn__SonicOS_Enhanced_at_%E2%80%A6.pdf">Set up like this</A>).

By reencoding it, you will reduce the file size. It will not be exactly the same as the prior file, but it will play back fine at the newer size so long as the encoding is correct.
I've also found that Winamp using the wavewriter plugin can export .wav files from mp3 and wav files at higher...

Some registry searching revealed this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Alchemy\Voicemail\Directories\MinimumRecordedNameLength
