All calls come into Opt81C and then route to CCM over T-1. Phone A in Opt81C calls a Cisco phone B. Cisco phone B conferences phone C in Opt81C and trys to connect. Phone B (cisco) drops out and is not part of the conference that they initaited. Is there a fix?
Still trying to find someone in our IT department that can set:
the "disablepstgrow" setting must be set to false
They can't seem to find the place to change it within Outlook 2007 in my desktop PC.
We also lost Desktop Messaging when we went to Outlook 2007!
This is a bulletin I gave to it but it still has not been fixed.

Can I get the called party to see the DID number of the Cisco phone connected to the Nortel 81C with a PRI connected to the outside world via PRI? We want to display the DID # of each Cisco phone or a pre-determined number...
I just check and I do not see, "set both Calling and Called Party Transformations Sections to Calling Party Number Type Cisco CallManager and CallingParty Numbering Plan to ISDN."

I can fumble my way through our SCCS. Can someone post a simple script that will take the cell phone CLID and through SCCS give music and then disconnect for this one number?
