All calls come into Opt81C and then route to CCM over T-1. Phone A in Opt81C calls a Cisco phone B. Cisco phone B conferences phone C in Opt81C and trys to connect. Phone B (cisco) drops out and is not part of the conference that they initaited. Is there a fix?

It sounds like the user is transfering rather than conferencing the call. Have you confirmed that they are doing the right option?

Yes, Cisco phone B hits conf. button, calls phone C, then hits conf. button to connect all 3 phones and phone B drops from the conference.

I did discover that conference does work on one site off the CCM. Must be in the programming!

Again check into our codecs between the cisco and nortel. If you are using different codecs on each system that would occur as the cisco phone would require external resources to transcode between codecs on more than one phone call (only one built in DSP). On the other had the nortel has not idea what any other codec besides G711 is just like any TDM PBX would
