When I call a specific extension internally (I supose it happens externally as well)I get two rings and the call somehow is transfered to the same outside number. Call forwarding is not enabled and redirect is set to no.

I have a DBS 96 port system that music plays fine as BGM but will not work for MOH. I am their phone vendor on another product so I know very little about the DBS. Life is never that simple. The big problem began with trying to determine how many unit loads an MLX set takes. We calculated one per set and it was actually two which blew up the configuration count. Let me know if you ever come across that configurator this math stuff is kickin my rear.
