I am setting up a shared extension arrangement in a MM2 that will function like an auto attendant “Welcome to tech support for Bob Smith press 1, for Mary Jones press 2”. I can set it up in the MAS side on the Call Application Editor but I can’t record the greeting because there is no multi-media hardware to record the greeting. When I call the number it is silent, then I hear “are you still there?” when I press 1 or 2 it does ring to the right station but I don’t know how to record the greeting.

Can you not just go in to subscriber options and set up your multimedia.
