These are TDM's, but I wanted to say thank you to TDMtek. even though it's been 20+ years since your MG class, your mind is just as sharp as it was back then.
That was the problem. we took no chances and replaced both Per Sig cards, one in each cabinet.
Thanks all for the help. Nice to know...
Does anyone know what port you could forward to to access the callpilot over the internet? Example of what I'm looking for would be 254.xxx.xx.12:XXXX then this forwards to an internal IP of 192.168.1.14
We would like to use this for remote programming.
Thanks
6 installed systems with 2 of them coming up in less than 30 days for one year installed, says your wrong.
Not bragging, just stating what is.
If you look at the programming it shows that that forth one is there.
Nortel will only support 3, but it will take a 4th one. Like cook1082 said "2 in the KSU and only 1 card in a trunk mod.
Except you have a total of two trunk mod's with one card each in them.
I have 5 MICS XC systems that I have installed 4 T1 and or PRI into one system. Some all puplic some puplic with Poin to point. The longest running one was installed 10 months ago and have yet to have any problems with them.
Thanks for all the information. i thought that might be the case, but I was hoping that there might just be an alternative answer. If anyone has one I would love to hear it as I'm sure others would to.
I'm trying to hook up an external modem (US Robtics 56K Faxmodem) on a option 11 with S/W Release 2355. I have a cable that has 3 cords coming from it pluged into SLV P2. Port zero works fine for local programming. I have this modem pluged into Port 1 with the "modem eliminator" removed. Is...
We have an option 11 that we pulled out of mothballs and wish to use it. We did a LD 22 to find out what we have, which is:
Version 2111
Release 23
Issue 55 +
Our question is how do we find out if the system is a Basic system or hopefully an enterprise system?
To answer some questions.
Yes I have installed the Trunk Modules in expansion ports 7 and 8.
The ratio may seem wrong but for this customer it works just great, they use 2 PRI lines for local and long distance and the other 2 PRI's are being used on an Auto Dialer.
For voice mail they are...
I do not know if anyone has tried this, but I thought that I would, and by god it works just fine.
I installed a 4th PRI card in a MICS XC 7.0 System. When I looked at the programming before I tried it, it always gave you the PRI-D option, so I installed a 2nd Trunk Module and installed it and...
That was it, rebooted and it did come back just fine. Thought about rebooting, but I wanted to make sure it was not something else I was over looking.
Thanks for the info. Now, if it should happen again, maybe I should replace the software. If I do, should I also replace the NVRAM as well...
Curlycord,
Thanks for the response. I checked this out on many of the sets that we have tested on as well as others and "Set Lock" is set to "NONE".
Hope you or orthers may have an other idea, I'm stumped.
I have a MICS system with 7.0 XC software installed. My trouble is that when the customer tries to leave a message by pressing "Feature 1" and then tries to add an ext number it is coming back with "Message Denied". The system has been installed for 3 months now and was working just fine. we...
How many PRI/T1 cards can you install in a MICS 7.0 0x32 modular system? I have installed 3 PRI cards in a system, but I would like to add a 4th. When you look at the programming it looks like it should be able to take it. PRI-A, PRI-B, PRI-C, PRI-D is what is available. Has anyone installed a...
