smah is right!If you want all mails to be fwded You only need to check 2 criterias (in conditions check for all messages,in action check forward to whomever it is) or you can even do this from your server if you re running your own email server by using content filter or modifying the acct...

The mails that re coming back are they the same as the deleted mails? cos you might just have a case of spam attack. If its spam you can block from your server preventing the mails from getting to your user, So monitor his mails find out if its spam then take the necessary actions, I hope this...

Hello guys, As of recent im getting unauthorised access to my mail server there has been activities on IMAP and it comes from different Remote IPs no one on my network uses IMAP to check mail,whenever i see a remote connection thru IMAP i always close the connection,does anybody know of any way...

cyros there are 2 most likely areas where the problem would be its either a network problem or wrong configuration in the pcs account setup.However i think it is a configuration problem as the said pc can browse the internet so chk your e-mail account setup.
