Outlook XP Issue 1

Hi, I have 2 computers with outlook xp and windows xp.
They have a shared adsl line for internet.
i have set one email profile on both pc's.
all the information in relation to the emails are exactly same.
Both PC's can go to internet.
however one of the PC's no longer can access the email account. "Can not connect to the server" , as the other PC has no problem.

I appreciate any input.

cyros there are 2 most likely areas where the problem would be its either a network problem or wrong configuration in the pcs account setup.However i think it is a configuration problem as the said pc can browse the internet so chk your e-mail account setup.

Thanx montee for your respond. I haven't gone to the site yet. But according to my client, they have not changed anything and everything was working fine a day before.
Even I get them to redo the email setup in outlook.

But you may be right, it could be a simple issue with the configuration, i can't be sure untill i go there personally.
