You could probably duplicate her userprofile at the unix level and give it her new name. There's a unix/solaris forum here and someone there could give you instructions...if you have root access and feel comfortable being in there.

What is the higher level role in you guys opinion a "Sr. telecom analyst" or "Sr. telecom administrator"?
What would you say are some of the diffences in their responsiblities/duties?
IMO, the analyst role is higher paying but requires less broad base telecom knowledge and more specific focus...

The T1 does not terminate to the PBX at all. It goes directly to the faxserver.
