IP Softphone wont register in Road Warrior!

For some reason at my site I cant get IP softphone to register in Road Warrior mode. If I change it to Telecommuter it registers right away. Using IP Softphone 5.2

Anybody have any ideas on what the issue is?

Do you have a medpro resource and is it available to the softphone ?

Yes I have two MedPros in my G650 and they are both up and running. Our IP hardphones have no issues.

What codecs are defined in your codec set being used by the softphones and what bandwidth do you select on the softphone ?

G711 on the network region badwidth setting are at LAN since I am inside my network.

I have this problem as well but only in road warrior mod.
Anyone else have this problem?
