Hello,

Is there a way to duplicate a CMS user profile? I have a gal who changed her name due to marriage and I was hoping to duplicate her existing account rather than creating a new one. Too many VDNs and skills.

Not to my knowledge. I avoid this issue by giving all users access to all VDN's and skills.

You could probably duplicate her userprofile at the unix level and give it her new name. There's a unix/solaris forum here and someone there could give you instructions...if you have root access and feel comfortable being in there.

I dabble only because of the ODBC connectivity tool.
