what is the ip address for a new system to get into the web admin
i can only get into the system status /ssa which is just a status portal and not an admin interface

I used our DNS Host to forward all email to old domain to a specific address that I created on the SBS like "do_not_reply@domain.com"
Then I set up an outlook rule which would reply to ALL emails sent to "do_not_reply@domain.com" with a message stating the changes that have taken place.

All of a sudden the outcalling on out ACS does not work. It does not call out. It was working fine, and sure enough when it was urgent to get the message left, no go....
Any ideas? What can I try to change?
I had this and thats what it was, the AA general mailbox 2 was pointed to extension 11, which forced the light to come on. Use the PC admin software and determin which is the owner of those mailboxes, or any other gohst mailbox that you may have on the system.
Here is the way we do it, its the best in my eyes and allows you to move things around without having to re-record, something that you DO have to do if you dial in.

I agree completly, if it aint broke dont fix it. But with the Daylight Savings Time Change, and the feature that updates the time with caller ID, I would have like the updates.
But seeing that the updates are more than impossible to come by, I dont think I am willing to pay someone for...

As for an Avaya business partner - given the fact I installed and maintain the system myself, not sure how that factors into this equation. Is there another way of obtaining the updates, or am I going to be forced to contact an outside contractor?

I seem to have a problem on my server SBS2003 SP1, with the windows updates.
None seem to work. They download correctly and prompt me to install, but there are a number of them that refuse to install. There is nothing the the logs that can lead to a problem. Where should I be looking?
