he has used the stinger program and it did not find anything.

if you want a new ip from your isp then unplug your modem a nd do a slow count to ten then plug it back in. if you have a dynamic ip it will change.

i had the same problem using winace. everything worked up to a certain point then all programs that i downoaded had bad crc. i uninstalled winace and reinstalled it and it fixed the prob. any programs downloaded previously extracted.

there is a program out there that will do it, it is called nt access other than that it is a reinstall. unless some1 else has some ideas. i would also sugest that after you get the problem solved that you make a password disk.
