If I am reading this correctly all you should have to do is go to the service for 1001(it sounds like a menu service).
Once you are there arrow down to item 2,make sure it is highlighted,delete or remove x6871 and replace with x7752. Save the changes and now anybody pressing 2 should go to x7752.
What you will have to do is disable the dch then disable the loop. Then you will have to remove all the trunk T.N.'s for that loop to be able to make any protocol changes to the DCH.
The second pair of each T.N. on a universal trunk card is a contact closure for that T.N. Depending on how you want to activate the devices will determine how to program the T.N's.
The move command will not work on atrunk,you will have to out the t.n. and rebuild it new in LD 14. You could build a new t.n. as a different route member(i.e rtmb 2 instead of 1) then out the old t.n. if you want a fall back.
arnold001, are you sure that the card is bad? 30v alarms are usually caused by a bad diital set, especially QPC 60 and QPC 61's. Try disabling all the diital cards on the shelf in question and then removing all the cards and reinstalling them (1) at a time until the alarm comes back. Then start...
yellowflag,you need to go into configuration then terminals and sets then the set that you need to change then lines and then you can choose the lines that you want on a particular set to appear,appear and ring or not appear.
Minelli, at the phone in question,press the feature key and then press the * and the "0" key, then press either the intercom key or on a 7100 set press the one touch key and it should display the intercom number on that phone.
