Line Button Programming

We recently had some lines disconnected because of downsizing. I was able to disable the lines from the Line pool so everyone with a line pool button can have access to outside lines without any problems but the phones with Line buttons on them are giving me problems. If you press one of the line buttons that no longer has a usable line you get a message "Not in service"
How do you program the line buttons to use different lines? We are using Meridian M7310 phones.

yellowflag,you need to go into configuration then terminals and sets then the set that you need to change then lines and then you can choose the lines that you want on a particular set to appear,appear and ring or not appear.
