ELKA/ELKD Rls 25 on remote Opt11c With TIE

We have some problem with this feature:
Configuration :

LD 15
CCRS FR2
ECC1 UNR
ECC2 UNR

The phone is correctly locked for the outgoing Calls but it is locked for the incoming call too.
We try With CCRS:FRE the phone is not locked for the outgoing call but locked for the incoming call in the TIE.

Check the class of service on the set when CCSa is not active. An SRE class of service will block incoming calls.
