Universal Trunk card contact closure

I've got a customer that is needing two contact closures (one for night bell service, one for magnetic lock release). I've been told that the Universal Trunk card can be programmed to do this, however, have been unsuccessful in figuring out how.

The second pair of each T.N. on a universal trunk card is a contact closure for that T.N. Depending on how you want to activate the devices will determine how to program the T.N's.
