I have a BCM 50 RLS 2.0 with just the main cabinet. The Analog trunks will not enable. they say enabling but will never fully enable. I have disabled the trunks then renabled. I loaded all the latest patches. Any help woould be much appreciated. Thanks

Has anyone had problems with the IP sets. I have i2004 sets on a BCM 3.6. They are complaining that they can't use the speaker phone function because it cuts out the caller on the other end all the time.

Just FYI - I loaded all the avaiable patches for 3.6 and it cleared the problem. I guess my solution on the other 2 is to upgrade to 3.6 and load all the patches
The problem I am having is mostly on Calls from the PSTN. All internal calls sound fine. I have the patch loaded on the 3.6 and still experiencing the problem.
There is an issue with the NCM and 3.5. DO you have all the patches loaded on the BCM. If you loaded the first MDAC patch then the you must load MDAC_2[2].7_SP1_for_BCM_3.5_v2.exe for NCM to be able to talk with the BCM. Hope this helps. I have not had any problems with imports since I...
If you go to the maintaence page on the BCM and click on Alarms it will give you a list of the alarm headings and under each one it will list the alarm # with a definition
A more particular question for the DHCP - on a windows DHCP server do I need to add the attribute of 128 or does someone know the process to add the attribute to a windows DHCP server?

Has anyone experinced the telephones displaying strange characters on the display such as a string RCRK then above the third soft buton !!! . Once you press the third button it shows . 0ESSE then goes back to RCRK. Any help would be great.
