Forgotten callpilot password

Hello, I've forgotten the Callpilot password for our Nortel system. I remember a long time ago something similar happened, and I found a way to reset it from one of the phones in the office. I had to hit the feature button and then some numbers. Then I had to enter something that was the numeric equivalent of RESETPASSWORD or something like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it would be Feature 985 then press 9 then it will ask for a password. "RESETSMPSWD" 73738767793. Try that I think it will work.
