    This may seem a crazy way of doing this, but why dont you use the DIR 'filename' /s >found.txt this will find all files matching the name you have given in all dub directories, or you can just do a DIR of the current directory you are in and then pipe it to a text file. Dan

    How is the printer set up on the workstation, is it set to spool first or print direct to printer. If it is set to spool, try setting it to print direct to the printer. Hope this helps Dan

    Have you checked the event logs. (security) are there any services that are failing to start, make sure that the user account that is being locked out is not associated with any failing services. Hope this helps Dan
