I am working on a new install. I set the IP address, sub, gw and DNS servers. Performed an upgrade to 9.0. Now I'm trying to change the IP address to work on the customers network and ESM will not allow me to change it. Also the DNS field below the ip properties is gone. I can click...
I just looked in one of the other controllers. Yes. The dn used to be an analog extension on a clustered controller. But it's not on that controller any more.
In the vMCD: locate 6802, the number is not in use, DN NOT FOUND, but shows up within Users and Devices hosted on a remote controller.
GDM check shows no inconsistencies
In the remote controller, there is no record of 6802.
How can I get this DN cleared out of my vMCD?
Local MOH is set to NO in all COS's that matter. I didn't find a COS option to Allow MOH other than on transfer. I didn't reboot again, but I only changed the COS. Call made from my cell phone to customer, still no MOH. I think I'll have to go on site to verify music source, unless there is...
I have a MXe-III for my trunking (PRI). A clustered environment of CX controllers for fail over, vMCD's release 7.2 are the primary hosts (8 sites). I configured Analog MOH on the MXe, but I am not getting any audio. If I stat the PLID:
Location | Device | State |...
Soldier connections appeared to be good. I was able to get it to boot partition1. I'm going to make sure my backup is good then replace the hard drive before it happens again. I have never replaced HD before. Any tips?
I have a CX ii controller that is in constant reboot. I can see the sequence via serial port, results to follow. There haven't been any recent upgrades. I'm guessing there have been some power outages over the summer though (school building-closed for summer). Any help would be greatly...
It is a Hunt Group set for Ring All.
The overflow is 300(voicemail)
The phones ring 5 or 6 times, then the operator comes on and says "transferring you to the attendant" then the console starts to ring.
Ugh, I know this should be simple, but can't figure out what I'm missing. I have an SX 200 ICP in a motel. Very basic, no PMS, guests do not have voicemail. They have 6 IP phones, 3 used for the hotel, they other 3 are for the owners residence. I set up Tenant 2 for the owner. The trunks...
I have an sx 200 at a hotel. The hunt group dn for voicemail is 661. It stops answering after a day. I can reboot the system, then it answers normally, but then the next day it just rings no answer. I have opened a ticket with Mitel, but they haven't responded yet. Thanks!

I have been reading and looking for a way to delete this DN from the system. It is currently a non prime DN on key 5 of a set. I have looked through system speedcalls, ring group, hunt group, p/u group, page group, BLF. It is not in the directory and is not the destination...
I feel your pain. I work for a phone company that refuses to replace copper cable. Very frustrating to customers and the techs that have to constantly repair the lines.
I left out that each building has a cx controller that the ip phones fail over to if the WAN is down. This being said, I logged into the CX at A, tracert to IP phone at B and compared it to a tracert at building C (working route). There was a route missing. I contacted the network admin, he...
Need help with one way audio issue. I have a school district, multiple buildings all running IP phones off a virtual MCD 3300 . I'm only having issues with 2 schools when an intercom call is made they get one way audio. It's always school B that can't hear school A. Also if school A calls...
I'm setting up a few EHDU's and can't continue do to a lack of additional IP licenses. I select add default user, no device, hot desk user, external hot desk enabled, put my numbers in. When I click save I get an error that there are no free licenses. I thought the hotdesk user didn't need an...
