I have been reading and looking for a way to delete this DN from the system. It is currently a non prime DN on key 5 of a set. I have looked through system speedcalls, ring group, hunt group, p/u group, page group, BLF. It is not in the directory and is not the destination of any reroutes. What am I missing?? Thanks!

What does maintenance command "LOCATE NUMBER XXXX" come back with?

So, I think this is where I'm at:

Time to call Mitel...

The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group

You should just be able to delete the key. If not, what is the error message?

Can't Delete "Users are associated with this Hosted Service

Ah!......Go to the Telephone Directory, delete it there, then try your delete.
