Has anyone ever come across an issue where random phones (Mine are 7960's) lose the corporate directory? It's not widespread for me but happens enough. I reset the phone and it comes right back but it's a bit of a nuisance.
I'm running CM 4.1.3. Any insight anyone has would be great.

I think the issue you are having is similar to one that i've encountered. Basically when going into Unity and adding somebody Unity returns nothing for that user as it believes it is already assigned in the system. Is that what you mean?

Yea, from what I've read 7 is just some additional features.
However, I did find out that clustering for Exchange 07 is not supported yet in Unity 7. It seems like support will be added but I was unable to find a date as to when that will happen.
We're currently looking to upgrade our Unity version from 4.0(5) so we can upgrade exchange to 2007. Would it just be better to go all the way to 7 or should we just go to 5?
From all the upgrade documentation I've seen I can't see why we wouldn't just go to 7 but I figured it may be beneficial...

The cutover took place and we put the translation rule onto the router. Incoming calls are routed fine however when you dial the number out our system is translating digits and handing the phone company the wrong number.
How can we set it up to translate it incoming but leave it alone outgoing?

I've noticed in my system when I add the Alerting name you will see the name of the user you are calling. So if I have a phone and my alerting name is filled in anybody placing a call to me (internally) will see my name.
