Does anyone have their CCIA in 4.0? Were you able to take all the exams at a testing center, or did they have a real life lab that you had to attend? Any employment benefit over having a CCEA? It seems most employers I've ran account consider the CCEA the cream of the crop.
Let me know...
Was it possible you were in, install mode while you were using the internet?

How as the TestOut when it came down to passing the test? Did it cover all the right material? I'm currently using it to prep for 291. Did it help you for that test? I sure hope it helps me!

For the last few days I've been using the TestOut CBT's for 70-291. It seems pretty good for the most part, but I haven't got to the DNS or RRAS part which I'm struggling with. Anyone have any luck using these then passing the test?
Let me know,
Thanks

I thought I heard the CCIA can not be completely taken at a testing site, like all of the other normal tests for 4.0. No more lab. I could be wrong, but thats what I heard.

As soon as I teach myself DNS and RRAS on a couple test servers at work, I'll go in and take the test. The testing place I go to is really nice since I can just "walk in" and test a test. No need to pre-register. I'll be sure I'm going to pass the next time I go in. The only thing I find...
I wouldn't mind self studying some more. I'm just wondering I'm supposed to teach my self RRAS since I've never really used it, or all the advanced features of DNS. Sure I can install it on a test box at work, but it's not production. Does the blue MS books help a lot?

Well, Lets say a 610 would be an improvement. I'm thinking about holding out and taking a class from new horizons. Did you take a class for W2k3 or did you self study completely? Have you or anyone taken a "boot camp?" New Horizons offers a 13 day bootcamp which runs for 10 buisness days and...
Well, you were both right. I need to really study up for this one. It didn't feel good thoughout the exam, and sure didn't feel good when it displayed my failing score. I wondering what the best study meathod is at this point. I'm weakest in "routing and remote access" and "Implement...
Thanks for the input. I did some more studying and decided to find a practice test online to see how I might do. I took a free one at uCertify.com and passed the first time with an 800. I'm thinking I might go in and see what fate has in store for me. Is a uCertify practice test a good...
Smooth, What was your secret for jumping your score up so much? Did the braindumps or testking material help?
let us know your secret! Thanks

I would guess 291, but I can't be sure because I haven't taken it yet. I decided on a whim to take the 290 test without studying, and I passed with a 776. I've went over some DNS and DHCP stuff along with a few Study questions. I think I'd like to take it in a day or two... How much of a...
I like to self study. I have a lot of hands on experence already. My job is pretty relaxed, so I'm able to study at my desk and when the moment strikes, I get up, walk down the street, and thankfully they take walk-in's at a discount! It's perfect. $115 per MS test. When ever I get sick of...
For someone who walked in without studying for 70-270 and 70-290, how likely would I be that I would pass? Last week I took both tests and passed them both the first time with a 776/778 (290/270). I'm soft on DNS and don't do subnetting outside an internet calculator. Let me know. Thanks...
