    How to get rid of yellow highlight on start menu program folders

    I know this is purely aesthetic, but it's driving me nuts, whenever I install a new app the start menu program folder for it glows yellow. I can usually get rid of this but now its just not going away. Where can I change the setting so windows stops doing this? Thanks for any help.
