Application errors everytime I close IE or Outlook 6

I get this error when I close an Internet Explorer window, I also get a similar error when I close the main Outlook 6 Program window.

I don't consistently get this error, they occur maybe once in every ten times when I close the mentioned programs.

How can I rid of them?

(I'm in the process of downloading the IE SP1, and will post reply if this solves the problem)

Yes ! It's a good idea to download all updates
from windows update as a start .

Fully updated, I don't know if it worked but I haven't had errors yet.
