Install just the win2000server with no hotfixes. Don't connect it to the internet. The hotfixes can be added later. When u had the error msg after a few installations of the sybase.. it wont install. The fastest and easiest way is to install the whole system from scratch. Folow the install...

danp123 Did u try to download some new usb drivers for the motherboard, or for the devices u're using ? Did u try a mobo bios upgrade ?
