Agent RTD crashes

Hello all

I'm having a strange problem with a customer's SECC 4.2 runing on Win2003server. SU16 on server and SU8 on client
When i start the real time displays it comes a windows error msg with... Symposium RTD has encountered a problem and needs to close (nicgrdsp.exe)... The "funny" thing is, this only happends with the agent rtd, the other ones runs fine.
The same thing happens on all installed clients. I also tryed to run the client on ELAN, but i've got the same error.
I've replaced the old nicgrdsp.exe with that one on the server install CD.. no change.
Any other suggestions or knowlegde ? Please ?

And we also did an antivirus check

there maybe an issue with the database & how the RTD information is used.
do a backup of the database and run a DBCC

Ok, so the issue is solved. There was an Supervisor and he had some agents assigned... and he was deleted.. and the agents were still assigned to him... this was the mistake.
