Have you recently done an upgrade or server move?? try removing the delegate entry and re-adding.
Also - if you're wanting to give a user full permissions to do everything - you have to add them in delegates and also in the permissions of the folders. Right-click "Inbox - Users name" and go to...
It's due to the formatting... if you're on html formatting (tools, options, mail format) then the attachment normally shows as an icon in the email. If you're on rich or plain text then it shows under the subject line.
Not sure why this is a problem though as at the end of the day it's still...

We get the exact same problem here and as far as i was aware, BE 9.1 was meant to fix the problem as it's just a problem with the software thinking the file hasn't backed up when it has.... The backup still comes up as Failed even though fully done.

Make sure the default viewing program is set to something like PowerDVD or WinDVD, this can sometimes cause problems as it's looking in the wrong programs to run the video.
Right click the video file and select "open with..." then choose the relevant program and tick the box that makes it...

We make a full backup onto our tapes daily where i work and the tapes mostly last up to and around 4/6months...
One backup a week would mean these last over a year!
