Hi gsaucier,
We've run into the same issue. Our system interchanged a few times and we found we could no longer get into our MM voicemail. Our support vendor found the same issue you are seeing, no virtual IP on eth2:0.
We're running DL370 G7 (S8800) with CM 5.2.1 Patch 13.
Once we forced an...
Hello tetote,
Site Administrator 5.2, with the latest service pack supports Windows 7 (including 64-bit). Do not attempt to run SA before installing the Service Pack (I believe it's SP 5). I've been running it for several weeks on Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit workstation and there are no issues...
If you're in Unity, Open Audiotext Manager. Choose Extensions and then "Show All available extensions in a range" from the menu. Put in your range and the tool will show you all free extensions. Just make sure to compare that to Call Manager's Route Plan Report.

One other item to note. 12.4 has a bug noted on Cisco's site which relates to outbound PRI calls. We had a similar issue. We ended up moving to IOS 12.3T.

You can also go CCM 3.3 to CCM 4.1 to UCM 6.X. No need to add an additional step going to 4.2. I went from 4.1.3 to 6.0.1. Worked like a champ. Careful though, the new system may not let CCM 3.3 install. OS disc is too old. Go to CCM 4.1 on the old hardware - even the very old 800 Mhz DL320...
Cisco used to have a website which outlined which hardware was supported for each version of CCM\UCM. The link is www.cisco.com/go/swonly. It used to have HP & IBM servers (with exact part #s listed). Now they only show IBM. [sad]
Anyways. Here is a listing i used to order 2 new HP servers for...
Sorry npinto - it's been a while since I've been online. If this is still relevant for you read on....
Yes, only install a base Windows 2000 install (or sp3 at the most if you can't find an original 2000 Server disc), do the reg keys, then use the OS UPGRADE as you mentioned. Works like a champ.
Each channel is 64k, so wouldn't you need 8 DIDs for 512k? I couldn't speak to the DID or non-DID aspect. We have 10,000 DIDs, so I've not set one up w/non-DID.
We have 7 Polycom VC units (6 older iPower 960s and 1 VSX7400s - brand new last week) going through our Definity Gr3 (v8.4). We use TN2198 rather than TN556. Although from your config listed, the fields seem almost identical. Here is how I've mine setup, I've highlighted the differences:

Techincally, yes, I suppose that's still true. However, if you have CCM 4.0 or 4.1 running on a generic PC, simply run the ciscocm-ffu.4-2-1.exe upgrade file. I've done this several times with not a single issue. Mine is running the current 4.2(3) release. Just remember to follow the build...
Your problem lies with installing SP4 from MS. Let the Cisco upgrade install Cisco's version of SP4. Whether or not this happens depends upon the OS version you specify in your registry entry. Read through Cisco's site concerning the ReadMe files for each OS upgrade patch. It will specify...
We were in the same situation, our switch (G3r v8.4) doesn't have licensing activated for QSIG. We did get the CLID to pass through ok when calling an Avaya extension from a Cisco extension. Go to your Trunk settings, on page 1, midway down, and look for Codeset to Send Display. Set that to 6...
Go to your publisher and search for dnanalyzer.exe. This is the old version of the application. Rename it. Then run the DNASetup.exe intall package and the software should install fine.
I ran into the same issue. Called TAC and found that Cisco renamed the .exe file for the original application. I simply had to rename the old app and re-reun the install and it worked perfectly.
Cheers.
