I have a couple of servers that I am unable to change my password on if I log in using the NTLM account, get the message "The system cannot change your password now
because the domain domain_name is not available." However if I log in using the UPN username@domain.com and try to change my...
Sound like you have send as permissions set, on the attorney's AD account look in the Security tab for the secretary's account and ensure that she doesn't have "Send As" permissions
Check how many items the user has in his most used Outlook folders, inbox, calendar etc and ensure there are no more than 5000 in the mail folders and 3000 in the calendar.
Just remebered this issue is caused by Exchange 2007, BlackBerry and Outlook 2003. We fixed this previously by inspalling Exchange 2007 SP!, installing a BlackBerry patch and running a script to clear the OOO message for all mailboxes. Looks like this mailbox was missed when running the script.
A user complained that the wrong out of office message was being sent. After looking into this the incorrect OOO message can be seen in OWA however on the Outlook client the correct OOO message can be seen. Recipients of the OOO e-mails were receiving the incorrect version that can be seen in...
The pst file is a personal folder where you can create folders and copy e-mails etc from your inbox. I wouldn't reccomend using them unless you have a very good reason, I prefer to keep e-mails in my inbox than move them to a pst file.
The ost file is the offline copy of your e-mail. Have you checked that your desktop client is connected to the server and you are not working in offline mode?

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997312(EXCHG.65).aspx

1. Mail enable your admin account and delegate calendar permissions to it
2.If you don't want to mail enable your admin accout the only way to access...
I might be simplifying this a bit but have you checked his or his delegates reading pane settings? I have seen this before where the setting are set to mark as read when selection changes or mark as read when viewed in the reading pane.

Just looked up the eonet.ne.jp SPF record and it is
v=spf1 ip4:203.140.81.0/24 ~all
I'd go for adding this as your SPF record as it will give you 256 hosts in this subnet.
Hi, I have a user who is unable to add appointments into his Outlook calendar, when he double clicks the calendar or clicks New->Appointment nothing happens. He has a couple of shared calendars in his profile which he can add appointments to no problem.
